Saudades

I close my eyes and try to forget the distance
I try to convince myself that this ache will go away and I will soon be with those I love the most
Sad sad sad is the moment I open them only to find out I am alone
And alone I will have to deal with this feeling that seems just like a dragon living inside me
The beast is sometimes asleep but still, it is here and never leaves me
When it wakes up, I fight it as strongly as I can not to fade away
But not always I am capable to win the battle

Triste triste triste é o momento em que os abro e percebo que estou só
E só eu terei que lidar com esse sentimento que parece como um dragão vivendo dentro de mim
A besta está adormecida às vezes mas está aqui e nunca me deixa
Quando acorda, eu luto quanto posso para não desvanecer
Mas nem sempre sou capaz de vencer a batalha
